Abstract


With the rapid development of commodity production Modern sense of warehouse appears。The inventory management has become an integral part of the activities of enterprises. But its basic properties of enterprises are often ignored by senior managers and decision makers, such as mechanical processing core components to ignore enterprise overall planning, coordination and control. Inventory management as the important link of logistics system changed a lot. It also help enterprises to gain maximum profits and the economic profits of sales, which become an important source of the third profits.Steel industry in the supply of parts in possession bearing plays a more and more important role. the gap compared with developed countries in the inventory management steel enterprises is very big。Widespread information level is not high。The inventory management system is not good etc.In this paper, we study further research in steel industry on the basis of the previous under the environment of ERP management mode of inventory.The paper discussed inventory management enterprise of its status and the requirements for enterprise ERP online after the analysis of the inventory management, so as to realize the optimization of inventory of scientific management enterprise.This paper intends to warehouse management system as a starting point, using the data collection, analysis and process analysis and field investigation methods of DG group inventory management system is introduced, the status to describe the kinds and inventory DG group classification standards, quantity, etc, On the system mentioned in the auxiliary materials used by ABC law, numbers, structure the BOM’s configuration again; then classify the definition, combining ERP stock type of inventory management requirements, using the strategy of quantitative analysis method of inventory management requirements set of parameters, and should set out DG group inventory management problems. According to the material consumption mode at the control mode, according to the inventory control mode study of typical materials procurement mode, so as to build up DG group of scientific and reasonable inventory management framework.
