The twenty-first century is a century of quality. Now, China have joined WTO, facing the history of the better development opportunity and unprecedented competition pressure period, therefore, the quality is the pass that the firm enters the market to participate the competition. Many firms all adopt the ISO9000 series quality management system standard, but, quality management systems of some domestic firms exist many problems in the operation.This paper discusses the concept, content of the quantity management system, and this paper discusses domestic and international development circumstance of the quality management system. Thus, it is important and necessary that ISO9000 quantity management system is effectively operated.This paper according to existent problems of AA Company quality management system is in circulate process, combine the existing quality management system procedure document, make use of the system analysis method,5W1H lifts to ask the technique, principle of ECRS and fishs fish bone diagram etc. that industry engineering profession learn,the quality improvement tool, to the first step analysis and whole analysis of company, on this foundation, find out five keys the problem factor(all levels leadership manage the value of the work and participate the degree, quality training work, organize the organization and jobs constitution, encourage the system, document management work to the quality) that affect the company quality management work, and combine to further study to this five keys factor problems. Then, some improve the quality management and workable and effective strategies are put forward, and there strategies have been carried on the verification.This paper passes the above work, for promote full-scale improvement of AA Company quality control and management in order to promote the company quality system level and effect, make companies acquired more performances as purposes, then promote firm development and achievement as a whole. At the same time, still expect to pass to the Improvement research of Quality Management System in AA Company, that can have the certain leading function for valid movement of the quality management system to many firms in the our country, particularly the middling and small companies.
