Abstract


Under the new international economical situation and market rules, financial management of China enterprises faces new challenges. As part of corporate management, financial management refers to acquiring funds and using it efficiently. The quality of financial management has a direct impact on the development and surviving of enterprises. Proved by experience, after many years of internal system transformation, the financial management should serve the long-term strategy. As a result, the selection of financial management, aiming at optimizing financial value, is based on financial plan and forms the core of financial management.In this paper, the author classified existing financial management models, summarized four typical ones and analyzed the key factors affecting the financial management of enterprises. On the basis, the author made in-depth analysis of status and problems and grasped the important factors affecting coal enterprises. The innovation part of this paper lies in the case study of YanKuang Company. By doing research on the model, the paper concluded the key points for effective and stereo financial management model. Besides, the author found out the weak points of financial management in Chinese enterprises and proposed a solution, which is both theoretically meaningful and feasible.
