The malignant lymphoma (ML) is a malignant tumor primarily in lymph node and (or) exterior of lymph node, formed by the malignant proliferation of the built-in tissue cells and the lymph-cells in lymph tissue. The biological behavior, pathological morphology and clinic characteristics of ML possess high heterogeneity. The reasonable classification of ML makes premise for the exactitude diagnosis and therapy, which provide the general language of information communication for pathologists, clinician and researcher. The new classification of lymphoid hematopoietic tissue oncoma was proposed in 2000 by WHO, with the conjunctive methods of clinical manifestation, histopathology and immunoindication, cytogenetics and gene analysis. Now more and more experts and specialists of internal and international focus on the correlation between the prognosis and the WHO classification of ML. The present study was to investigate the correlation between the prognosis and the WHO classification of ML from the reclassification and follow-up by telephone and home visit so as to offer informational index for clinic therapy and prognostic judgement of ML.Objective: to analyse the correlation between the prognosis and the new WHO classification of ML in 2000 year of 92 clinic ML cases from the reclassification of the pathological sections and close follow-up by telephone and home visit so as to approach the contribution of the new classification to the diagnosis, treatment, prognostic estimation of the ML, and provide assistance
