Abstract


As the next orientation of the development of the sorftware system and structure, SOA will be able to help IT organizations to face the complex challenges. It is a kind of applied programming architecture, all of its functions can be defined as the isolated services which have definite and allocatable interfaces, it can form the process flow by allocating these services with the well-defined order. SOA is also a method of constructing described system. The application program constructed by the method can make its functions as service to be handed out to users, other service can also be constructed.The Web Service which is based on XML satisfies SOA’s demand. It applies the WSDL based on XML to describe interfaces, transforming the service to the dynamic and flexible interface system, which is superior to IDL in CORBA. The Web Service observes the standard of J2EE on which a series of more mature agreement of equipment development, transmission and allocation, location and publishment are defined. The Web Service also dominates several fields such as integration of enterprise system, dynamic electronic Business and construction of system of different structures.It can be seen from the several recent local wars that both sides prefer the system VS system, structure VS structure overall confrontation; which represents the feature of integration in the military reform. In the previous informationization construction, all branches of service in our army fundamentally form respective information systems and automatic commanding systems. These systems are of many different kinds, complex and language, which may be based on different operation systems software systems and languages, consequently, different degrees of the isolated information islands problems emerges.This thesis proposes the program of the military information platform based on web, which aims at integrating these branch systems into a whole, coordinating integrated system so that the potential and power of each system can be appropriately and fully based to realize the unification of military power.In the thesis, the background, ways of realization, models of design and the significance of SOA are discussed; secondly, the J2EE standard and the technique in the development of packages are introduced, more comphasis is put on the principles, frameworks, basic techniques and the status quo of Web Service which mostly enbodies
