Abstract


The lean management is the process control with flexibly organization aiming to reduce the useless and wasted work in project process,with focus on lean notion.The project management should be intensified with the soul notion of lean management,instead of the format only,This notion Can be applied both in production and in the technology renovation project management.The strategic thinking of project lean management is to stop void activities.In this paper, the historical development of lean production background,as well as the core idea of lean production methods, features, and the tools are described, allowing readers to a more comprehensive understanding of the advanced management ideas. On analysis of the management problems and development strategy in D enterprises production, especially on that of drawing on the success of lean production in the practical experience of some enterprises , D production characteristics of lean production framework is set up , the system management is highlighted. The lean production Promotion Committee is set up on the basis of the steps and methods. rely on reshaping corporate culture and management of the spot, make standardize operations and balanced production into two main lines。In order to continue to improve as a driving force ,in order to bias and stagnation analysis as a starting point ,in order to foster multi-skilled staff as a focal point, establish three to improve the mechanism in order to achieve all the people, the whole process, long cycle improvement, comprehensively promote the Lean Enterprise.The lean production philosophy roots in the thinking of workers, equipment and production efficiency are improved through the year,the target is achieved in order to propose lean production For Chinese enterprises. Hoped more Chinese enterprises to promote and apply the advanced management methods, rising lean production management to strategic level.
