Abstract


Along with the fast development of information technology, enterprises need to analyze their own operation and management, which leads to the producing of customer relationship management systems. CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is the product of fierce competitions in new economic era which aims to improve the management of relationship between customs and enterprises with the focus on clients.This thesis focuses on the design and realization of system of train CRM based on J2EE structure. This is a new type of customer-centered management mode. Based on this model of CRM information system, management services can be digitized, and help enterprises to find out the customer characteristics from the data discovered with the use of knowledge which leads to the targeted services to customers to maintain and gain more customers. In this thesis the CRM theory is studied and explored systematically first, then the information management system of CRM based on J2EE technology is designed. This system uses Browser/Serve structure and the applications of multi-storey services model. After completion of design the test indicates that this system can mostly achieve the expected results which are helpful in management.This thesis mainly introduces the CRM system and statements of its actions and process of development with the way to realize CRM based on j2ee. With the use of popular B/S and Struts structure in the system of CRM, the main studies are as following:Firstly, this thesis describes the concept of CRM, and the importance for enterprises’ resource management.Secondly, the paper will analyze the characteristics of B/S structure and the concept of B/S model with cooperation between traditional C/S model development and popular B/S model development recently, which make the benefits of B/S development more advantageous. And the CRM system in the paper uses B/S model for development.
