Abstract


Numerous business practices and relevant theoretical studies have shown that a key to the success of enterprises depends on two core elements:First, a good strategy, the second is a good strategy execution. Strategy is to solve the problem of where and what to do, and implementation of the strategy is to solve the business problem of how to reach the other side of success, which is essential for the realization of strategic |objectives. Right strategy in a context, the more business execution can be guaranteed, the more can be assured implementation of the strategy,and ultimately help companies improve their competitiveness and achieve the target vision.This article is based on the author’s group of companies are facing the problem of weak implementation of the strategy, through the strategic management theory, strategic implementation and a summary of relevant theory, combined with internal and external environment in Gansu Investment Corporation, the implementation of development strategies and strategic analysis of the Group implementation problems in strategic analysis, drawing on effective practices and to seek, from the ditch was built strategic implementation of the evaluation index system, the construction and optimization of information monitoring system, using the strategic map of the relevant principles to build a collaborative system, the establishment of implementation-oriented group organizational structure, operation and optimization of recycling processes, foster the implementation of the corporate culture based on six aspects of the implementation of the current corporate strategy put forward suggestions and comments to improve strategy, where the group in order to be able to help the implementation of corporate strategy, but also hope to help similar problems of enterprise groups to find ways to draw on, leading to improvements in management efficiency and effectiveness, to fully enhance the execution of enterprise groups, improve their competitiveness.Through this research, arrive at a correct and executable strategy is a prerequisite; effective implementation is not only a business in accordance with targets and achieve ultimately achieve the desired effect, or the implementation of the strategy process, the company can according to changes in factors affecting the environment at the strategic implementation of corporate strategies and activities to control and adjust accordingly, and ultimately to achieve the intended objectives; to ensure effectiveness of the implementation of corporate strategy is a systems engineering, human resources need to establish a scientific management system, build standard and efficient management system, improve the strategic core of the system implementation process, fostering a corporate culture based on the implementation of the system, etc., to improve the conclusions.
