With the development of the integrative tendency of the world economy, the investment consultancy industry in china is developing quickly, comparing with developed countries, the management mode and method of investment consultancy industry of china is laggard, and the system of management theory and method are not constructed. The dissertation mainly focuses on case study of Silver-Stone company, and development policy of the company is proposed based on the problems of it.Firstly, the dissertation expatiates the brief introduction of the company, and systematic macro-environment is analyzed based on PEST model and Poter’s five forces model, also, the core competitiveness of the company is analyzed by using theory of core competitiveness. According to the analysis of the company and the character of it, based on the principal of the index system construction, the evaluaton index system of Silver-Stone company is constructed, on the basis of it, index weight condirmation model is constructed based on AHP, and comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on fuzzy evaluaton method, then, the development situation of the company is evaluated based on the model constructed above, and the evaluation results have shown the model can help decision makers know about the microcosmic side and macroscopical one of the situation of the development of the company, so as to make decision more scientifically, and find the schemes to solve the problems concerning development of the company. Finally, the paper systematically is summarizes , the scarece of the paper is proposed, and the future sdudy is also proposed.
