Company B produces ultrasonic products, whose characteristic determined by sales market is various with small lot. The Lean was used in Company B to improve the manufacture efficiency and realize the customer value.This thesis expatiate the problems in Company B, which has affected the stock management, on time delivery, efficiency improvement, the relationship and cooperation between Company B and customer.In order to resolve these issues, the lean project group takes some actions on organization, process, planning and purchasing methods, use value stream mapping to analyze and improve.The lean action helps company B to reduces the stock, enhances the efficiency and improves the OTD primarily, to keep advantages in market competition and benefit customer, it’s helpful to expedite grow up for company B.
