Environmental Quality is the basis of sustainable development, environmental protection investment is the effective means for improving the environmental quality. In recent years, with the active intervention of environmental protection and people’s environmental awareness improving, companies are paying attention to environmental protection, and the investment is increasing year by year, that play a positive role in controlling pollution and protecting the environment. However, to China’s enterprises there are flaws and shortcomings in direction of environmental protection investment, the efficiency, management etc, we must attach great importance on it. The paper studies on optimizing the structure, to provide useful help for the structure optimization of enterprises and give reference materials for decision-making and management, to improve the level and the efficiency of the funds, and to promote environmental protection investment return maximizing.With defining the concept of corporate environmental investment and the classification, corporate environmental investment structure and the factors, and the investment structure optimizing, the paper gives the objectives, the principles and the standards of the optimization by analyzing the problems and the reasons of corporate environmental investment structure. From the perspective of Green value chain within enterprise, the paper qualitatively analyses the main parts on the chain for the optimization, and analyzes the optimization by the quantitative optimization process and gives the specific example. In addition, using auditing method to evaluate and control the optimization, and basing on the economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits to create a more scientific, integrity auditing evaluation index for enterprises, and provides auditing evaluation methods and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation example and the auditing report of the optimization.
