With the development of wireless communication, people has drawn up many kinds of communication patterns, according to the differences from the situations and aims of transmission, using for meeting people’s various needs. So the Software(SR) receiver which can support kinds of correspondences pattern will be the inevitable trend in the future, which is the best and most economical way to realize the communication in different situations. The apperance of the SR has brought the new theory pattern to us, and it also made the communication in different patterns possible, through runing the different software module in the platform.The apperance of SDR satisfies the interb connection demand enormously.The synchronization is one of the most essential part in the multi-patterns communications system. The problem affects directly the quality of the receive signal, so the synchronization is the premise to system, and the standard is different from the systems, of course it will enhances the system’s data-handling capacity to a to a new rank. This article has used the different algorithms to different communication system’s characteristics such as TDMA, CDMA and the OFDM system, based in the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) and the Cooperation-MLE algorithm theory, and also got some performance analysis conclusion to the system’s synchronization problem. which is the emphasis to the paper, it is also useful to the practical system.
