Abstract


Occupation crime is a global problem. Occupation crime prevention is agreat subject that the whole international society has to face. This paper inquires into and makes researches into it from the angle of procuratorial organ. In recent years, work against corruption is leading to the orbit to manage it by prevention and punishment in our country. Occupation crime prevention has arrived the common view in the whole society.Procuratorial organ is the organ of national legal supervision. "Striking, supervision , prevention , service" is the basic content of procuratorial organ work. While it strikes out at occupation crime, procuratorial organl. While it strikes out at occupation crime, procuratorial organ accurately grasps the characteristics and rules of occupation crime , and have better functional advantages of occupation crime prevention.This paper illustrates how we take full advantage of procuratorial functions to develop occupation crime prevention, and has also accumulated success experiences from some countries and districts, and further perfects the system of occupation crime prevention in combination with our politics, economy, culture, social life. It also illustrates how to make full use of the special preventive function of the procuratorial organ to solve the problem of corruption from the origin, and repress, prevent and reduce occupation crimes to the great extent.
