Abstract


Objective To Observe the changes of the ability of spatial discrimination learning and glutamatergic NMDAR2 and GLAST in neonatal rats after anesthesized by ketamine and isoflurane with the methods of neuro-function and immunohistochemic ,and to understand the influence that the junk exert on central nervous system of neonatal ratsMethodsAnimal grouping : the experiment includes group ketamine and group isoflurane.and fourty rats of neonatal lw Wistar were involved in each group.Group ketamine: Fourty rats of neonatal lw Wistar were randomly divided into four groups(n=10).
