Abstract


The informatization、network、automation of hydrologic information monitoring system play more and more important role in the formulated flood control and drought, flood control decision-making, optimizing water resources scheduling and ensure dispatching work. Especially With the high-speed development of China economy, Hydrologic information monitoring system will become more important in disaster prevention and reduction,water resources dispatch. and the flowchart of software for the control circuit.In view of existing situation,accord with actual demand,an automatic Hydrologic information monitoring system based on GPRS wireless network technology is stated, and unites GPS (global positioning satellite) technology together efficiently, to realize The data extraction form monitoring waters and analysis the data of the real-time monitoring.The main research contents in this paper are as follows:1, By the discusion and analysis of multiple Transmission Modes, thethesis proposed an based on GPRS together with GPS technology, realizing the tele-monitoring for facility function of the power station and data collection. simply illustrated the principle and characteristic of GPRS and GPS technology.2, Based on performance,stability, and cost requirements, introduces the scheme of hardware design, This system consists of terminal, communication systems, hydrologic information receiving information processing software and auxiliary system. Monitor includes microprocessors, power supply circuit, RS-232 communication circuit, wireless communications, GPS and memory modules etc, and can connect all kinds of sensors, can realize real-time acquisition, real-time displaying, real-time analysisand storage function and data exchange between other equipment and central station.3, Design and debugging of software. To complete software design of system and communication protocal process. Including the definition related resources of MCU, realization of different functional module and data structure, protocols defined and software design, solving measures is expounded in details as well
