Abstract


The new-generation central leadership with Hu Jintao at the core has advanced successively“the Party’s work style and a clean government building and anti-corruption drive, is the important pursuit, as well as an important part of the new, great project of Party-building. Keeping a still upper lip in bringing about the Party’s work style and a clean government building and anti-corruption drive is the guarantee to fully act on the important thought of Three Represents, realize the grand aim of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and it is the important assignment to build socialism political civilization, and the important content of strengthen the Party- building.”To advance the anti-corruption work, we must continue to persist treating the symptoms and the causes, punishing and guarding simultaneously. We must continue seriously to investigate illegal case, and we must pay special attention to correct the unhealthy tendency grasps which the populace aren’t satisfactory about intensely, as the important content of the Party’s work style and a clean government building , firmly correct the problems existing in some places and departments such as unfairly managing, exploiting power privately, harming question the benefit of populace.”“The firm punishment of corruption manifests the ability of our party being in power ability, and the effective prevention from corruption is the important symbol of our party being in power ability. Persist in treating the symptoms and the causes, governing comprehensively, punishing and guarding simultaneously, focusing in prevention. Fasten to build and perfect a system of punishing corruption and preventing from it, according with demands of the socialist market economy, together with education, system and supervision.”These anti-corruption thoughts proposing fully shows that the new-generation central leadership pays great attention to anti-corruption work under the new circumstances and it feels urgent to strengthen the anti-corruption campaign. It indicates that the new-generation central leadership seeks truth from facts and takes a broad and long-term view from a special aspect.At present the study of the anti-corruption work of the new-generation central leadership is very weak.
