Abstract


After becoming a member of WTO, China participate global competition. In the same industry and international competition, Chinese enterprises must play together and foster their own dominance or core competencies to win. Modern logistics management and logistics cost control are closely related to business efficiency, improving customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.Most research methods of this paper are reality analysis, as AS company a study object: research study, statistics analyze, joint with quantitative and qualitative analyze, assistant study way of combined with theoretical study and reality research and so on.The main content of this paper is that using the modern logistics theory, technical methods, supply chain theory and the basic theory of business process reengineering, applying business process reengineering and information technology to solve problems in a company’s logistics system to support the AS company’s low-cost strategies and improve company competitiveness.1. The first is to analyze and research the theory, ideas, technology related to modern logistics, the second is to analyze and research the basic theory of business process reengineering.2. Analyze and research AS company basic situation, internal and external environment, necessity of business process reengineering3. Finding the problem in logistics system, through analyzing and researching AS company logistics status, including purchasing ,selling and producing in logistics system.4. For logistics issue, find the way to reengineering and optimizing the business process, pointing out the aim, making the entirely scheme of logistics process reengineering, including purchasing, selling and producing in logistics system5. Evaluates the effect of the AS’s business process reengineering and optimum proposal, mainly including Economic benefits, management effectiveness, social benefit and customer satisfaction, and also prospect AS company’s future work. The research show that: after reengineering, realize the effective controlling of logistics activities, improve the logistics system operating efficiency , reduce overall logistics costs and enhance the company’s economic benefits, customer satisfaction, company’s market competitiveness, logistics system’s performance have significantly improved.The research results of this article are also being valuable to the other companies in this industry.
