Since reform and opening,as china’s rapid economic and social development and continued population growth, industrialization and urbanization, accelerating china’s economic and social development,environment and resource bott lenecks binding will become more pronounced, especially in the increasingly fierce conflicts of land resources.Natural resources, land resources as an important part in determining the extent of its intensive use of regional sustainable development strategies, ability to achieve the key. Intensive conservation land,building conservation-oriented society, an important measure to deal with economic development, the relationship between resource utilization and environmental protection,the inevitable requirement for the survival of the nation and the state foundation for long-term interests of the plan is to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development of the specific requirements of.National,provincial and municipal development zones,as the national economic and social development of the engine, in order to accelerate economic development and social progress made tremendous contributions; but there are also many problems.Therefore,the current domestic and foreign researchers on land conservation and intensive use of the issue a great deal of research has made great progress.In this paper,the collection and comprehensive analysis of home and abroad on the land-intensive use of existing theories and methods based on the results through a comprehensive comparison, the use of the present relatively mature expert advice method, Delphi method, the target value method and other methods, and a combination of GIS and other related techniques to national-level Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ruili Border Economic Cooperation Zone, for example, to build an intensive use of land evaluation system, based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development environment and database prepared Accesss2003 intensive use of land evaluation system to realize the extent of the zone to evaluate the use of land-intensive, and intensive land use zone measured the potential to produce all types of results maps, and then on this basis, through the study compared the current platform of the main technical characteristics of WebGIS and benefits, choose ESRI’s ArcGIS Server in. net platform, has released-maps of results; to achieve a browser-based intensive land use zone distribution system evaluation results, the system has not only the commonly used electronic map site should be has the basic functions, but also achieved a query, buffer analysis and on-line editing functions. This paper mainly discusses six aspects:first, at home and abroad on the land issue an overview of research and a brief description of this line of research techniques; followed by intensive use of land related to the basic concept and connotation of a brief discussion on the current Architecture and methods of evaluation summary; third, Ruili Border Economic Cooperation Zone, for example, carried out intensive land use zone of the evaluation; fourth, to Ruili Border Economic Cooperation Zone, for example, carried out land-intensive development zone the use of the potential measured; fifth, through the application of the current status of WebGIS, principles, structure, on the basis of technical analysis in the ArcGIS Server.net platform using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development environment for the development and results delivery system released to land market management and supervision provide a good reference value. Finally, the results of papers, as well as the problems are summarized, in this based on the direction of future research prospects.
