Abstract


Copper continuous extrusion technique is extensively applied in industrial production because of its own many advantages. Dalian jiaotong university continuous extrusion engineering research center successfully exploited copper continuous extruding complete equipment by perennial hard work. Now, copper continuous extrusion production line composed of these equipments and their relevant auxiliary facilities has had a very high automaticity. Of which a very critical control technique is utilizing fuzzy control technology for copper continuous extrusion process of production to carry out automatic control. But, because fuzzy control technology has itself defects, such as the difficulty of setting up fuzzy rule and bad adaptive and self-learning ability etc. So we attempt to improve furtherly auto-control level of copper continuous extrusion production by fuzzy neural network control technology.This paper analyzed major factors of affecting copper continuous extrusion process of production, and designed automatic control project of copper continuous extruder spindle speed binding present product line control system and fuzzy neural network technology. Resorting to MATLAB and its neural network toolbox and its fuzzy control toolbox, we have the designed neural network trained, simulated and tested. Besides, we adjust and select appropriate network patrameter and structure according to specific circumstance, until relatively perfect result is acquired, so as it can learn control behavior of people well. Through performance contrasting with the PID control, the fuzzy control, the neural network control, the fuzzy neural network control displayed the superiority of its control performance.The double input/the list output fuzzy neural network controller was carried on the PLC programming, realizing input/output match controlling through PLC programming.This study not only provides powerful instrument for further exploiting function of production line, but also founds production line automation level, enhancement and development of management function.
