Abstract

With the rapid development of the computer and network technology, the Internet population in China has also increased rapidly. These Netizens conduct a series of activities online, such as E-mail communications, browsing information, playing online games. Therefore, the Netizens form a relatively stable network relationships through sustained interaction, and on this basis, form the network group. In the more open global markets, more convenient transport facilities, more rapid communication network conditions, we see a more common phenomenon that the same industrial enterprises, the industry-related industries and the businesses in supporting industry, geographically concentrate, namely, enterprise clusters. Regardless of the network groups or enterprise clusters, both of them can be seen as a group with the information as the link under the network society. Essentially, social network is the relationship network of the information exchange and resource utilization for people to achieve a specific purpose, is a dynamic system that consists of social relations among certain individuals or organizations. Social network analysis which developed in anthropology, psychology, sociology, mathematics and statistics areas, has experienced 70 years. So far, social network analysis is widely used in sociological research and has become a new paradigm in social science research.Post is an important information flow and Logistics carrier for a national and regional. Combining the features of consolidated entities of government, business, bank, business and operation, constitute a complex network. The method of using social network analysis is to study the postal element of social and economic relations began to receive attention. In this paper, graph theory tools, algebraic modeling techniques described the pattern of relationships, and investigate these models impact on the network members, as well as the future development of the network. Using the social network map to show post the relationship between social networks has the strong capability of visualization, simultaneously, using graph theory analysis of the measurable amount of the rights of members of the network location and the interaction between the entire network.Statistical Process Control detects abnormal small changes in quality in real-time by plotting control chart, early warning, in order to take effective preventive measures. This paper deals with the application of SPC to Social Network Analysis, for example the post of the large customers with the Baoji Post Bureau. It is a new attempt of social network analysis that using network centrality and density as the quality features, with the accumulation and control charts detect abnormal changes in quality features, and then analyze the reasons of these changes in the entire network. And using the post of major clients with the Baoji Post Bureau as an example to show some common methods used in the analysis of social relations with the diagram of social network.
