Objective To investigate the preferred treatment before and after treatment , sperm concentration , sperm activity rate , abnormal sperm , sperm hypotonic swelling ( HOS ) Percentage acrosome activity changes , and in vitro fertilization ( IVF ) fertilization rate . Methods 53 cases of infertile couples undergoing IVF treatment , the day of the woman's egg retrieval collection of male semen , semen in duplicate , a fresh liquefied semen 1ml of other semen used for IVF puresperm gradient centrifugation washed , take plus fine remaining after washing sperm . Two parts specimens were according to WHO criteria , by Markler counting board measuring sperm concentration , sperm prior to the activity rate , modified Papanicolaou staining sperm underwent sperm morphology assessment and calculate abnormal sperm , sperm HOS test smear sperm count HOS Percentage colorimetric measurement acrosome activity . The analysis is preferable to deal with the sperm concentration , sperm activity rate , abnormal sperm , sperm HOS percentage of acrosome activity , and the fertilization rate of IVF correlation .
