Abstract


Background With the deepening of the ischemic stroke mechanism , inflammatory response and damage of cerebral ischemia early increasingly attention . Inflammatory cytokines as important immune neurotransmitter , recognized as key mediators in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke animal model studies or clinical trials support the inflammatory response in the ischemic brain damage , anti-inflammatory treatment can broaden the time of treatment of cerebral infarction . The close relationship between cytokine-mediated immune injury and acute cerebral infarction (ACI) , ischemia in the brain , plays an important role in the process of apoptosis and inflammatory response . The immune system of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the early activation status , increased secretion of inflammatory cytokines , they interact , participate in the inflammatory response of acute cerebral infarction and reperfusion injury . In recent years, with acute cerebral infarction Chinese medicine research has made ??considerable progress , but little acute cerebral infarction TCM syndrome type cytokines reported yet from the cellular and molecular level to explore different syndrome patterns IL-1β acute cerebral infarction level change reported . [ Objective] The purpose of this study is to existing domestic and foreign research foundation to explore ( 1 ) the relationship between acute cerebral infarction TCM and IL-1β : ② reveals the nature of different syndromes stroke and material basis , for future stroke genotyping research and intervention The treatment provides a theoretical basis . 【Methods】 32 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients with peripheral blood IL-1β content double antibody sandwich ELISA syndrome score the patients were divided into the FHP group ( 17 cases ) compared with the the FHP group ( 15 cases ) , the group of patients with varying levels of IL-1β . 【Results 】 ① 72 hours the FHP group of IL-1β content was significantly higher than the non- FHP group ( p <0.05 ) , the first 7 days and 14 days FHP group and the FHP group content of IL-1β was no significant difference . ② 32 patients with ACI within 72 hours of the onset of the first seven days , 14 days in serum IL-1β decreased . FHP , 72 hours and 7 and 14 days of IL-1β content significant difference ( p <0.01 ) , no significant difference in the FHP .
