Abstract


Objective: To investigate the correlation purpura nephritis in children TCM and Western medicine clinical classification and renal pathology type . Methods : The clinical observation of 37 cases of children with purpura nephritis , with reference to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine \syndromes, Western medicine clinical classification , clear through the kidney biopsy pathology type , using statistical methods to analyze the relationship between its . Results: 1 , Western medicine clinical type frequency distribution in TCM Syndrome significant difference significant . Western pathological typing , immune pathological type distribution in TCM Syndrome frequency difference was not statistically significant . Conclusion: TCM syndrome and Western medicine clinical classification of certain correlation between both the type of renal pathology had no significant correlation .
