Abstract

Introduction diffuse brain injury in clinical high mortality and morbidity , is a common cause of long-term lead to post - traumatic coma plant life . 1994 , Marmarou create the diffuse brain injury model , the model can be repeated due to its simplicity , can simulate clinical diffuse axonal injury , traumatic brain edema , and more and more people's attention . Diffuse brain injury can cause brain tissue ischemia and hypoxia and produce a series of pathophysiological changes . Hyperbaric oxygen therapy brain injury mechanisms and applications , widely spread in animal experiments and clinical practice , further confirmed that hyperbaric oxygen can improve brain injury in the acute phase of pathological change . Analysis of brain tissue lipid peroxide content changes , there is a significant difference between the normal group and the group of brain injury in rat brain lipid peroxide content was measured , then after brain injury group treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment control group brain tissue lipid peroxide content was determined significant differences were further confirmed the protective effect of hyperbaric oxygen on brain injury , study the timing of hyperbaric oxygen therapy , therapeutic dose and duration of treatment with the therapeutic relationship to provide a scientific basis , to give full play to the brain protection. Objective To observe the wound 24 hours after the functional changes of rat motor function and balance , neurological score , measured 2 days after the injury , changes in the five days of brain tissue lipid peroxide ( LPO ) content , the microscope organization morphological changes differences in a preliminary study , cerebral protection effect and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen . The method SD rats were randomly selected 10 only the normal control group , and the remaining 30 diffuse brain injury model , and then divided into three groups of 10 each , one group for traumatic brain injury untreated group , and the remaining two groups were performed hyperbaric oxygen therapy 2 days, 5 days. LPO was measured by the thiobarbituric acid method . Take the normal group , trauma
