Abstract


How China's rural financial reform and development, to make it suitable and promoting rural economic development, the past ten years extensive discussions domestic scholars and research hot topics. The application of ecological principles put forward the concept of financial ecology, and to use its country's financial development in the transition period to undertake a study, is a new perspective. It reflects the fundamental requirements of the scientific development concept, but also a manifestation of systemic and sustainability concepts. For being practice the scientific concept of development, building a harmonious society today, does have its theoretical and practical significance. With the help of financial ecological concept, based on the existing theory of China's rural financial problems from the perspective of financial ecology exploratory research. In this paper, as the main financial ecological theory, combined with the new institutional economics theory and the theory of economic development and financial relations, from the rural financial ecological environment, rural finance and rural financial ecological main three aspects of ecological regulation, more comprehensive ecological problems on China's rural financial study to be undertaken reads as follows: The first chapter on the basic connotation of financial ecological discrimination, the constructive rural financial ecological evaluation of proposed basic standards, trying to establish a rural financial ecological evaluation standard system. Chapter comprehensive exposition and analysis of China's rural financial ecological situation, pointing out that the existing rural financial ecological system was not able to embark on the road of healthy development crux. Chapter III under Chapter II analysis reveals rural financial ecological problems, combined with the first chapter of rural financial ecological evaluation criteria proposed radically improve rural financial ecological methods and measures. Main points and conclusions of this paper are: (a) rural financial ecological research must from rural financial ecological environment, rural finance and rural financial ecological main ecological regulation three aspects, one can achieve rural finance and rural economy rural financial ecological interaction Systems must be in these three areas to meet the ecological characteristics of the institutional system. (Two) must establish rural financial ecological assessment standards, in order to accurately and comprehensively reflect the rural regional financial ecological conditions, the timely exposure problems for the effective management of rural regional financial ecological basis for decision making. Therefore, this article establishes a rural financial ecological evaluation standard system. (Three) the current rural financial ecological imbalance, the performance deterioration of the ecological environment in rural finance, rural finance ecological health of the body and the lack of foundation for the development of sustainable rural financial ecological conditions, and self-adjusting
