Nickel is an essential trace element for life, to understand the content and distribution of the waters of nickel (II) is of great significance to the study of environmental science, marine chemistry and biogeochemistry. Relative literature at home and abroad determination of most of the analysis of trace amounts of nickel (II) pretreatment of the sample, the steps are tedious and harsh conditions, higher cost analysis, and the sea water can be directly used to determine the nickel (II) less. Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometric because it has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, simple operation, the instrument inexpensive and rapid development. Therefore, according to the principles of the Catalytic Kinetic Determination of new reaction system and the reaction mechanism of the nickel (II), the establishment of a high sensitivity and high selectivity analysis method can be used for the determination of nickel (II) in freshwater and seawater is very meaningful 's. The thesis of catalytic dynamic principle for the determination of trace amounts of nickel (II) single-component analysis method and built by the analysis method is applied to freshwater and seawater in the determination of nickel (II), the simultaneous determination of the catalytic reaction kinetic parameters. On this basis, the determination of the simultaneous determination of iron (III) and nickel (II) two-component the CPA matrix - Catalytic Kinetic analysis method, and the method is applied to the freshwater system. The main findings of this paper are as follows: a single component of the determination of trace amounts of nickel (II) catalytic kinetic analysis method. Reaction system to RAWL indicator, KIO4 as the oxidant. Experiments by orthogonal experiments and single factor analysis conditions: cRAWL = 5 × 10-5 mol L-1, pH = 2.00, cKIO4 = 2 x 10-5 mol L-1, t = 10.0min, T = 25.0 ℃. The relative standard deviation of 0.52% to 2.49% for the method detection limit 1.70ng · mL-1, the linear range of of 0-60.0ng · mL-1. The interfering ions Experiment showed that: most of the anion and cation in the absence of significant interference on the determination results under this condition. The results of tap water and the Yellow River water to the determination of nickel (II) and the relative standard deviation of 0.43% to 1.28%, and the recovery rate of 98.0% to 101.3%. The method has a high-precision, low detection limit, wide linear range, compared with the existing catalytic kinetic analysis method can be performed at room temperature and simple operation. The catalytic reaction kinetic equation the :-( dcR) / (dt) = KcRcK1/4cNi; apparent activation energy Ea = 39.97 kJ · mol-1; apparent reaction rate constant K '= 0.0131 min-1. 3 found that the method used in seawater, freshwater system significantly different phenomenon. This phenomenon is proposed correction method according to the standard addition method, and Qingdao 11 sites in surface waters, the content of the nickel (II) were determined to obtain the trend of the Qingdao inshore surface waters of nickel (II) the horizontal distribution. 4 study the CPA matrix - Catalytic Kinetic analysis method, and freshwater system for trace amounts of nickel (II) and iron (III) simultaneous determination of the two-component. In the determination determined under the conditions, the linear range of the iron (III) and nickel (II) were 0 ~ 70 ng · mL-1, 0 ~ 60 ng · mL. The relative standard deviation of 0.37% to 2.32%, the mass concentration of the iron (III) and nickel (II), respectively, in the range of 5 ~ 60ng · mL-1, 12 sets of iron-nickel mixed test solution to be measured, the accuracy was 95.4 % to 107.7%. Of tap water, the water of the Yellow River iron (III) and nickel (II) was measured and the relative standard deviation of 0.47% to 2.65%, the recovery rate of 95.5% to 99.0%.
