Abstract


Compared with the stock markets of the western market economy countries , China 's stock markets in the ownership structure has distinct characteristics : State-owned shares and legal person shares is highly concentrated and does not flow , the flow of public shares only rarely proportion of the total share capital . Has a history of this unique phenomenon of the split share structure formation reasonable , the inevitable choice for China 's stock market development under the framework of a highly centralized planned economy system and the state-owned economy . However, when China 's economic system reform up to today , when the development of China 's stock market today , the split share structure has become the Chinese stock market, the source of many problems , the biggest obstacle restricting the further development of China's stock market . Starting from the point of view of the relationship of the state and the market , the first of China's relevant laws and regulations on the shareholding structure of China's securities market system arrangements ; Secondly , from the three aspects of China's securities market split share system defects ; Finally , elaborated China's securities market , the necessity and urgency of the institutional reform of the split share structure reform of the system to achieve goals, and four specific measures proposed split share structure reform .
