The purpose of the JIT (Just-In-Time) mode of production \Encourage enterprises to reduce inventory , reduce production costs , improve product quality , and many play a huge role . JIT production methods introduced into China , domestic enterprises widely recognized , but can really implement enterprise but not much . DF Company is a production of footwear based manufacturing enterprises , currently in production are also facing such as large stock , longer production cycle problem. According to the characteristics of DF company to design a set of JIT implementation of the initial program , hoping to help on DF . This paper is divided into four chapters . Chapter 1 : Overview JIT production , including its core ideology , objectives, key management and application status . Chapter II : Status and Problems of DF company . DF company and the DF existing analysis briefly DF company the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the JIT . The Chapter : JIT embodiment preliminary design. The chapter is the focus of this article , first an overview of the overall program , and then introduce several key aspects of the implementation of the program , including the production line to re - set and adjust the layout of the factory plant , production planning and kanban management , timely procurement and supplier management . Chapter IV : the implementation of the program concluded . Introduce the implementation of the program needs some safeguards on the implementation of the effect is expected to make the final points out some of the limitations of the program , to be further improved .
