Abstract


This paper uses statistical analysis and value analysis method, the Amoi 2004 6,7 month inventory analysis, a detailed analysis of the current logistics system Amoi overall situation , and the current logistics situation reflects the impact on firm value . Amoi logistics system for the defects , the paper from the organizational structure and process design , forecasting and program management, supply logistics management, production logistics management and warehouse logistics management system and other aspects of the future of logistics development strategy Amoi were introduced and local research . In this paper , in order to facilitate the description of the organizational structure and process design , forecasting and program management, supply logistics management, production logistics management and warehousing and logistics management, etc. were discussed as a separate part . But we know that in the production of the company's logistics system, these aspects are closely interlinked and inseparable , so the contents of each part will be partial cross . This paper is divided into seven parts: The first chapter briefly describes the progress and development Amoi history ; second chapter stocks in June and July 2004 were analyzed , summarized the current logistics system Amoi problem to be solved ; Chapter III for Amoi logistics organization and logistics processes in the defects , research Amoi logistics organization possible directions ; fourth chapter focuses on the prediction and research and planning systems Amoi , Amoi plans for the future work plan development ; Chapter Amoi supply logistics for the present situation of the introduction and implementation of SRM system to improve ; Chapter VI describes and analyzes the production logistics strategy Amoi , Amoi proposed production logistics planning ; under Chapter VII Amoi warehousing and logistics situation, introduces the ABC classification management method and WMS ( warehouse Management System , Warehouse Management System) and other management tools .
