Soil culture method, three for phosphorus levels low phosphorous tolerant rice genotypes 580 and 508, as well as conventional rice Hubei late 13 and hybrid rice Fengliangyou No. 1 the whole growth period of the test, and in the tillering , booting stage, mature stage of the biological characteristics of the different varieties of rice and phosphorus nutrition characteristics survey results show that the hybrid rice under low P Fengliangyou the 1st in tillering period of growth, phosphorus absorption efficiency higher in the 580,508 in Hubei late 13, and 580 relative to other varieties of phosphorus use efficiency to high; booting stage, 580 under low P highest relative P uptake Hubei late 13 the relative utilization efficiency ; to maturity, relative phosphorus absorption efficiency of Fengliangyou maximum 580 and Hubei to 13 phosphorus use efficiency is higher than the other two varieties, each rice varieties at different growth stages phosphorus absorption and utilization of different, also shows the influence of the phosphorus in the different stages of the rice is not the same. P treatments, the biological characteristics of different rice varieties also produce a certain influence, 35mg/kg soil phosphorus levels, different varieties of rice tillers, effective spike, grain yield per plant relative to normal phosphorus processing, which 580 relative tiller number, relatively effective ear should be higher than other varieties, Fengliangyou the 1st highest relative yield per plant, at the same time low phosphorus grain weight has little effect on the different rice varieties. Phosphorus from the plant body is transferred to the grain allocation, under low P Fengliangyou No. 1, and E-wan resistant the hypophosphatemia varieties 580 and 508 should be higher than 13, hypophosphatemia resistant varieties better view from savings phosphorus source in conventional rice and hybrid rice. In order to figure out the different rice genotypes resistant to low phosphorus mechanism in the case of normal phosphorus and phosphorus deficiency, using hydroponic methods resistant the hypophosphatemia varieties 580 and 508, as well as low-phosphorus sensitive varieties 99012 were cultured alone and mixed-culture experiments The results show that the mixed culture conditions for normal phosphorus and phosphorus deficiency, 580 and 508 of the phosphorus absorption efficiency, relative biomass, relative tiller number, relative root volume basically be higher than the low phosphorus sensitive varieties 99012, while 580 and 508 phosphorus absorption efficiency in mixed culture conditions, the relative biomass should be higher than the cultured alone, while the 99012 is just the opposite. This shows that the resistant the hypophosphatemia varieties 580 and 508 relative to low-phosphorus sensitive varieties 99012 one of the reasons of tolerance to low phosphorus uptake ability. From the perspective of sustainable development of agriculture, efficient rice varieties bred phosphorus, the T-DNA of Agrobacterium-mediated random insertion Rice spent 11 and in 1400 15 mutant pedigree material, soil culture potted experimental to impose 0.05gP/kg soil P treatments, the number of tillers screening indicators of tolerance to low phosphorus Germplasm, where 54 families have been selected in the seedling stage phenotype screening, and then subjected to PCR detection preliminary screened 31 families were isolated. Screened divided into to home Department of transplanting until maturity closing kinds, so that in the coming year rescreening and field experiments to determine its stability.
