Abstract


Sustainable economic development in many countries and the government agree that its research is: how human economic activity is a limited , non- growth ecosystem maintain dynamic stability and sustainable development . With the continuous progress of the urbanization process in China , the ecological environment of urban land is facing a serious threat to the protection of the ecological environment of urban land and its rationalization of the use of urban land sustainable development has become an important and today's urban land-use studies pressing issue. In this paper, based on the analysis of Xining City, the land use , Xining City from 2000 to 2008 ecological footprint analysis and synthesis of ecological footprint model , the results show that : First, from the ecological footprint and ecological capacity the contrast , the of Xining City land supply and demand structure is inconsistent , leading to the imbalance between supply and demand of land , and this to some extent exacerbated the Xining City land ecological pressure , detrimental to the sustainable use of its land . Second, Xining City land use is absolutely ecological deficit , Xining City, the ecosystem is in a state of unsustainable development , and the biggest ecological deficit from farmland ; Third , the dynamic changes of ecological deficit from 2000 2008 Xining City ecological deficit fluctuated change , but the overall trend is a growing trend , Xining City, land development is moving away from sustainability . Through the above calculation and analysis , the problem exists in Xining City, the land use , the paper argues that through the effective protection of arable land , the establishment of a long-term mechanism of protection of farmland in Xining City , control of land and development efforts at the same time , a reasonable guide the of Xining City 's real estate development , strengthen its land intensive use reasonable industry planning , promoting recycling economy industrial enterprises to improve the efficiency of resource use , and constantly improve the relevant laws and regulations of the land -use planning and other measures to alleviate the ecological deficit in Xining City .
