Abstract


This study is the ABR at the SO42- conversion law sulfate - containing wastewater and SRB synergistic effect on the degradation of organic matter . The results are as follows : (1) ABR treatment containing sulfate low concentration in the wastewater process occurs sulfate in the first compartment , a large number of sulfide reduction generated after each compartment gradual oxidation phenomena , and every room related to chemical oxidation of sulfide gas - liquid interface ; HRT ABR effluent sulfate reduction rate of HRT is smaller, the greater the reduction rate ; , COD/SO42- than low concentration concentration wastewater 2.5 sulfate reduction rate basically stable at 90 % , sulfate reduction rate occurs the sharp decline in the range of 2.5 to 1.7 . (2) HRT 12h, the influent COD 600mg / L , with COD/SO42- reduction , SRB ABR compartment 1 synergies ability to degrade gradually increased , lt in COD/SO42- ; 2 pm about 40% of the COD removal efficiency of the compartments ; the SRB the synergistic degradation capacity of the compartment is relatively weak, and less than 20 mg / L, basic ; to adjust COD/SO42- anyway , SRB contribution compartment 3 to 6 are extremely weak . (3) influent COD 600mg / L, COD/SO42- 1.2 case , when HRT in 12 ~ 6:00 , the COD (SRB) of the compartment 1 can basically stable at a high level , while the other compartment COD (SRB) is maintained at a low level ; HRT 3:00 compartment COD (SRB) had dropped significantly and more unstable , compartment 2 SRB performance high synergistic removal capacity, but the HRT the change does not affect the ratio of amount of COD (SRB) in each compartment COD removal . ( 4) the methanogenic stage ASRB short term is difficult to compete with MPB; the acetogenic stage hydrogen production , FSRB able to achieve short-term dominance of the HPA , replace its function in the phase , but that does not affect the anaerobic degradation effect ; FSRB use of different fermentation products there are some differences , but significantly higher than the ASRB use of acetic acid ; HSRB and HPA synergistic degradation of organic matter ; hydrogen fermentation stage , HSRB involved in the fermentation of glucose regulation may cause fermentation products acetic acid ratio increases.
