Abstract


This paper is the work of the studies undertaken by Anshan Iron and Steel Mill secondary dust control system . Anshan Iron and Steel Mill of the three existing converter smelting process generates a lot of dust , in order to protect the environment effectively deal with dust , the introduction of two steel mills baghouse . As an efficient dust removal equipment , bag filter and more attention because of its superior performance and low price , has been widely used in various industrial environments . The paper comprehensively discusses the the Angang Steel Mill secondary dust control system design and implementation . The main contents include : Japan Yokogawa CENTUM CS 1000 distributed control system , on the basis of the analysis functions , complete hardware selection , network configuration , monitoring screen design , alarm chain parameter setting , historical and real-time trend curve records . The main control functions comprising: a fan motor operation monitoring , start - up conditions , cut barrier conditions set , the dedusting process cleaning and ash unloading process control , a variety of valve operation control . Early stage of design , the use of manually setting the cleaning cycle , the cleaning cycle can be adjusted manually , time to start . System during operation because the operator failed to timely modify the cleaning cycle , when the air volume is large , easy to cause the system resistance is too large, fan accident cut gate . Not in time, the converter will be discontinued . As the air volume directly affect the precipitator of drag . Type wind resistance precipitator set should be changed , and must therefore be considered the influence of the amount of wind . Fuzzy control technology correction filter set resistance value , the deviation of the air volume and resistance fuzzy control , reasonable Output cleaning cycle , in order to optimize the control process , the system is fully automated and stable operation .
