Abstract

In 2007 , China's first property law clearly defines the easement regime , this requirement is relatively scarce land resources , land use today's increasingly complex relationship has a positive meaning . However, the easement of property law regime fourteen law is far too vague and thin, can not be fully covered by the easement major legal relationship , a lot of places even there are legal loopholes , which reflects the country's legislative and institutional theoretically easements understanding and mastery of the immature. Easements are not coupled with our traditional legal system , our people on the easement to understand there is a big difficulty , easements System in China 's future was unclear .
