Abstract


Emphasis on health , development of human civilization to a certain extent inevitable result is social stability and development , the state has become increasingly prosperous inevitable requirement . The right to health is the \As China's economic development and social progress, countries continue to increase investment in medical and health services , but also improve the level of importance to human health , which makes the legal right to offset the lack of protection of the right to health , the right to accelerate the country 's health legislation is particularly urgent.
