Abstract


China is the largest country for both shoes making and shoes export in the world today. RongCheng district, JieYang City, GuangDong is one of the major shoes making base in China, The shoes making industrial cluster in JieYan, RongCheng is also recognized as one of the demonstrating industry of provincial industrial cluster in GuangDong. The export quantity of shoes from RongCheng is getting larger and larger and The trend of the shoe making industrial cluster have been well developed and expanded to the whole area of JieYang. Shoe making industrial now is paying the key role of the local economy. Industrial cluster is one of the effective method and way to improve the competitiveness of the industry. The development of Industrial cluster study has been widely and deeply impact many regions and country and is becoming a hot topic today around the world. In most of areas in china, such as ZheJiang, JiangShu, FuJian and GuangDong. Many industrial cluster is being well developped This article has been through deeply analysis on the domestic and external shoemaking industry as well as the current status, existing issue and development situation of shoemaking industry in RongCheng, JieYang, together with the theory of industrial cluster, and also discussing the development strategy of shoe making industrial cluster of RongCheng JieYang, focusing on providing strategy on how to expedite the development of shoes making industrial cluster in RongCheng, JieYang
