Abstract


This article is based on the CTAIS (China Taxation Administration Information System). I took on the developing job of Tax Planning, Tax Accounting and Tax Statistics subsystem in this project. The task of this subsystem is mainly focus on tailing the tax administration and line out direction for tax administration. It includes three parts, which are Tax Planning, Tax Accounting and Tax Statistics. These three parts make up of a strict tail and analysis system.The most important part of this subsystem is the Tax Accounting before the application of the computer, which takes on not only the supervising duty for the tax flow but also summing out the whole status through each detail entry of the account. So it takes the task of connecting the details to the entireness. Because of the importance of Tax Accounting, the system of it is strict. But after the application of the computer, the ability to manage the data is strengthened; the man-factor in booking the account is cut down. So preventing man caused errors and summing out the whole status should not be so concerned. Considering the ability of the computer, we changed the aim to analysis during the development. That means we should get out more information from the data through the Planning, Accounting and Statistics subsystems besides it fulfills the daily work.So, the first issue that we should deal with is that how to sum out the exact data at different places all over the country. We construct a parameter system to deal with this issue. When the operation changes, we can make the system fit it by adjusting the parameters. By this way we make the system stable, and make its result reliable.Data Analysis Theory is introduced into the field of how to dig out information from the data. Now the work in this field is focused on Tax Prediction for some reasons. After the conditions are prepared, we will strengthen the function of data analyzing. By this way, Tax Analysis and Prediction can give more helpful information in establishing the tax system and adjusting the tax policy.
