Abstract


The model library based on vrml for mechanical drawing teaching is the combination of vrml technology and the teaching, which is the start point of the movement of Internet teaching from two dimensions to three dimensions, and applies the mechanical drawing teaching a best web platform. During the design and foundation of the model library, the author profits from some teachers’ teaching experience, and make use of a large number of java programm,supply the vrml technology with great calculative capability,which help to make many works which are hard to implemented become possible,and realize the virtual animation for drawing teaching on web. The combination of jsp technology and model library based on vrml for mechanical drawing teaching is also a challengeable task in the study of vrml technology.This thesis introduces the development history and base concept of the vrml, the present use of the vrml in Internet, and how to realize it in the field of drawing teaching on the web. This thesis also make use of Pro/E sofeware to make the model for the virtual model library,which improve the model’s visual effect greatly. And the focus of this thesis is how to use the script node and EAI to realize the interaction between the user and the VR scene, which is implemented by the Java program get the data of the VR scene and reset the parameter of virtual reality scene. The thesis also uses the Jsp/Servlet technology in the application, and found another way to dynamically realize the virtual reality scene. To make it easy to make the show of virtual object for the user, the author also develop a VC++ programmer to help to realize it.This thesis includes the author’s work and some innovates as fellow:1. The study and development of the vrml animation for drawing teaching.2. The study of the interaction between the Java program and the VR scene.3. The combination of jsp/servlet technology and virtual model library.4. The development of a practical VC++ program.
