Abstract


The dissertation use pine furniture production processing as the main line, do the research of pine furniture including its quality control of wood handling and preparation process, machining process of pine components, blank pine furniture assembly process, coating process, packaging process and production process technical management, focusing on the quality control of wood handling and preparation process and the coating processing of pine furniture.The results show that:The handling and preparation process of pine furniture should follow the principle of enhancing the utilization of pine wood, the main factors of its quality control including the moisture content of pine wood, the finishing of pine natural defects, the rational application of pine 3 sides, set rational processing remaining and quality control of pine integrated material.The machining process of the pine wood components should follow the principle of improving the production efficiency, choosing the corresponding production facilities and appropriate processing method of craft by the characters and the quality needs of pine components.In the assembly process of blank pine furniture, the components should assemble by its feature of structure, different structures lead to different methods of assembly. The overall assembling generally use the parallel assembly methods, that is:assembling incompatible components which is more complicated at the same time, and then installed other parts of the blank pine furniture.It is more appropriate that select two kinds of methods for pine furniture polishing. Using Lac as base coat, the Nitro-Lacquer as top coat; the other use Poly Urethane Resin as base coat, use Nitro-Lacquer as top coat. The former can get clear texture as well as gorgeous and rich three-dimensional sense of color; the latter can improve the surface quality pine furniture, increasing value-added products. Common quality defects of pine furniture should be prevented from the pine wood feature, paint components and the polishing environment which affects the pine wood. In the packaging process of pine furniture, CKD furniture use parts packaging method, Non-CKD furniture use the overall packaging method. The former first use liner to protect pine furniture contacts, and then do the packaging of anti-moisture and anti-quake, for the last using paper-box packaging; the latter only do the packaging of anti-moisture and anti-quake, for the last using paper-box packaging.Pine furniture production processing technology management is one way that improving production efficiency, reducing production costs. The criterion of the dimension in components of the pine furniture can shorten the processing time and ensure the processing precision. The design of pine furniture production processing line should be mainly taken into account of the characteristics of its absorbing moisture preferly; processing cycle should be controlled in less than three days.
