Rail / attitude control rocket engine is an important part of the power system of the missile , working mainly in the way of the pulse . Rail / attitude control engine thrust skew and offset directly affect the accuracy of the missile flight test control accuracy and hit the target . Therefore , their static and dynamic performance study has important significance . This article describes the research and development of the rail / attitude control rocket engine thrust and thrust vector test platform system , the parameters required for the engine thrust-vectoring system , verification , static and dynamic characteristics of the overall program of calibration of the design of the device and a large number of experiments , and two methods by mechanism modeling and experimental modeling of the dynamic characteristics of the test platform system . Thrust vector test system consists of four three-dimensional piezoelectric quartz force sensor using the forces in each force sensor signal , the thrust vector can be obtained through the derived formula to solve the eccentric parameters . Test platform system transfer function by mechanism modeling methods to establish the parameters of the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental . The transfer function of the test bench system established by experimental modeling method , using the finite element method to estimate the natural frequency , and accurate test on the test bench system through experimental modal analysis method , derived test bench system is actually installed the 4KHz within the natural frequencies , damping ratio , the main modes , leaving the number of state modal parameters . Test platform system dynamic force generating means is the use of exciter as the actuator and , together with the respective signal generating circuit and a power amplifier to achieve trapezoidal dynamic force . Experimental results and simulation results show that the test platform developed to achieve CIRP-STCC provisions dynamometer using a standard test platform system can meet the requirements of practical work to achieve the desired design objectives ; created by the transfer function is accurate and reliable , for laid the foundation for further optimization of research and testing system .
