Abstract


With the rapid development of China’s steel industry, the information technology of China’s steel industry has got rapid development. The integration of information technology and industrialization, enabling enhance the strength of the Chinese steel industry. Up to now, China’s steel industry has been more than 30 large enterprises and enterprise groups to achieve the information. Their steel output more than 50% of the China’s total steel output, their information technology projects into the company’s core applications, not only to achieve the control of the production process, but also covers the business operations of each of the major processes, even down to the steel industry chain downstream links, formed a complete information management system. These items of information on the production and management, business management, scientific decision-making, prevent risks, improve efficiency, support the development of cross-regional play an important role.The metallurgical process of steel industry a scatter and compound product process, in this process product line is long, the working procedure is various, it is impossible manage or control the process only by manual work, so the information of the steel industry is more important in this process.This paper discusses a system called MES, it possesses working procedure plan management, steel-making management, steel rolling management, quality management, inventory management, centering with produce plan, it synchronize the information flow and material flow, unite, center and share the data. This system uses the relational data base to realize this process, and it also adopts.NET platform, and various development tool to realize all round functional requirement. And it adopts DB-LINK, TCP-TP port develop tool to integrate the PCS-MES-ERP.By this system, production efficiency raise
