Abstract


Electroslag furnace remelting is a use of the current generating heat melted into the slag pool from the power pole, a metal droplet by the cleaning of the liquid slag, was crystallized in a water-cooled mold into a special ESR ingots smelting equipment, is a special steel mills essential production equipment. It is a more complex structure, the number of parts, the traditional two-dimensional design approach allows designers to do a lot of repetitive work, the design task is heavy, inefficient. Parametric design and feature modeling are two important technologies the CAD technology continue to develop and adapt to the requirements of industrial development. Parametric design techniques conducive to the establishment and management of product parts library, and greatly improve the efficiency of product development. Application feature modeling techniques to establish the product feature model from various stages of the product life cycle requirements to describe products, complete product information, application system can draw out the required information directly from the product model, which meet the CAD / CAM / CAE integrated system requirements. Firstly, the characteristics of electroslag furnace detailed functional decomposition, divided into a number of functional modules, based on the mapping between the functional model, the principle model, structure model, and the final completion of the electroslag furnace structure model configurations to meet customer requirements lay a good foundation for parametric design. The parameters of the system to select VC, Access2003 database management system developed as a system programming language, and by calling the SolidWorks API and use of ADO database access technology to achieve data exchange and interaction between various software platforms developed based on a set of product family electroslag furnace model parametric design system, and greatly improve the efficiency of product design electroslag furnace.
