Abstract


Vacuum heat treatment technology has no decarburization , no oxidation , in addition to gas effect and bright , degreasing, surface quality , small deformation , long life, pollution-free, pollution-free , high degree of automation, a series of advantages , the use of vacuum heat treatment technology to be able to replace the traditional salt bath heat treatment, and thus be able to solve the salt bath heat treatment process of environmental pollution , health hazards and waste treatment difficult problems . At present , vacuum heat treatment technology in the national economy is more and more important , however, a serious lack of domestic vacuum heat treatment engineer , older vacuum heat treatment practice of experienced engineers and lack of theoretical knowledge , the young engineer enrich theoretical knowledge but lack of experience and knowledge , the practical application is not careful ; this case , detailed study of the technical principles of the vacuum heat treatment process , discussed in detail the sophisticated tool vacuum heat treatment process and its problems . Domestic vacuum heat treatment during the production of sophisticated vacuum heat treatment of the tool , the process of program development still remain in manual operation , which dramatically reduced production efficiency . This paper, based on the expert system has expert reasoning in the field of decision-making capacity , and the integration of computer technology, artificial intelligence technology and complex tool vacuum heat treatment technology , vacuum heat treatment expert system developed sophisticated tool to solve the above problems . Variability of tool geometry , vacuum heat treatment process parameters and process design features, a new expert system inference mechanism : cross hybrid reasoning . The development of the reasoning mechanism not only to solve the existing problems in the vacuum heat treatment of the complex tool , and to achieve the computerization and quasi - intelligent . Then , according to user needs, the expert system development process , development environment and should have a function and gives the system function block diagram , vacuum heat treatment expert system developed sophisticated tool . Finally, cross hybrid reasoning mechanism of vacuum heat treatment process scheme , draw and dynamic modification of the vacuum heat treatment technology curve , the process scheme to verify the cross hybrid reasoning mechanism to develop the accuracy and reliability of the new technology program .
