Abstract


Emphasis on lean production at the same time , more and more enterprises at this stage gradually supply chain management into the scope of lean management , and inventory management are important contents of supply chain management . Therefore constantly optimize inventory structure , reducing the amount of inventory has a very important role in enhancing the efficiency of the entire supply chain . Therefore topic to study specific optimization of a company 's inventory control is of great significance . A combination of theoretical and empirical analysis , this paper analyzed some shortcomings ST inventory management , and proposed specific improvement plan to address these deficiencies and to demonstrate the program for tracking the implementation of the results over the last 6 months effectiveness. Specific advance from demand forecasting management, product development and management , and sharing of information management and supplier evaluation system management , product category management and inventory management strategies were analyzed and take corresponding measures to control and optimize performance in : 1 . Demand forecast management for frequent changes , with customers to establish a monthly floating proportion , powers and responsibilities of the agreement to ensure the suppliers to supply continuity . Advance product development management added the supplier management content of the beginning of a project , from the source supplier selection OFF reduce barriers for future operations . In the sharing of information management , the establishment of information sharing on supply chain is reduced so that the entire inventory of all parties in the supply chain . Supplier evaluation system management , improve the ST supplier evaluation KPI indicators , more comprehensive assessment of the suppliers . From product classification using ABC classification management , inventory management more flexible structure is more reasonable , inventory . Inventory policy formulated the principle of reasonable safety stock settings and re- order quantity principle makes inventory management more reasonable safety . By improved more aspects ST companies , and inventory turns , on-time delivery rate and freight costs three six - month implementation effect tracking results show that the rate of turnover 7 % improvement , on-time delivery rate 24 % increase transportation costs to achieve company target value , thus proving that the implementation of the improved method is effective and can be implemented continuously .
