TD-SCDMA standard of wireless communication Organization for Standardization (CWTS) use a time-division multiplexing (TDD) and smart antenna (SA) technology , along with WCDMA, CDMA2000 three mainstream standard for third generation mobile communication system . The paper introduces the overview of the development of mobile communications based on a detailed overview of smart antenna technology and its use of smart antenna technology TD-SCDMA system . Simulation software, simulation uplink physical layer link on the TD-SCDMA system , compared with smart antenna technology and link performance using smart antenna technology , the simulation results show that the use of smart antenna technology can significantly enhance the TD-SCDMA system . performance. The papers focus on beamforming algorithm for smart antenna technology research and simulation . By comparing different beamforming performance of the algorithm , there is proposed an improved beamforming algorithm that predicted by adding direction , can greatly reduce the complexity of the algorithm . The paper also DOA estimation algorithm is studied . Simulation , comparing different DOA estimation algorithm performance . Finally, the paper also proposed the the Alamouti coding schemes (ACS) algorithm is applied to the program of the TD-SCDMA system and the ACS algorithm is applied to the block diagram of the TD-SCDMA system . The simulation confirmed the ACS algorithms can further enhance the performance of the TD-SCDMA system .
