Abstract


In this paper the Shenyang East junior built Industrial Furnace Manufacturing Co., Ltd. R \u0026 D products - three furnace roller conveying solid solution furnace , T-6 heat treatment furnace temperature distribution and the workpiece temperature numerical analysis . Continuity solution heat treatment furnace for aluminum die casting furnace temperature distribution will directly affect the quality of the heat treatment of the workpiece to be processed . For this reason, the the furnace furnace temperature distribution study theoretical and practical significance . Because many factors affect the distribution of the temperature in the furnace and the complexity of its large - scale engineering experimental research is more difficult , with the development of computer technology , by means of computational fluid dynamics ( Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD ) based numerical analysis method make this possible . This thesis, computational fluid software Fluent establish three furnace roller conveyor mathematical model of the T-6 heat treatment of heat transfer and workpiece thermal conductivity of the solid solution furnace temperature field , and the k - epsilon turbulence model . Of reference to an actual furnace physical model to build calculated using the ratio of 1:1 , under the premise of handling the the workpiece number of the same , the analysis of the heating process of the heat treatment furnace temperature field characteristics and workpiece , the furnace temperature distribution law draw temperature distribution , and under different boundary conditions . Pursuant to this kind of furnace operating parameters to improve tuning , thus improving the state of the furnace temperature field distribution and the heating of the workpiece , and to improve the quality of workpiece heat treatment . The results of this study have a certain reference value for similar furnace design , there are some guiding significance of the actual operating furnace process .
