Abstract


With the continuous development of modern network technology, network technology services for the machinery and equipment which has been widely used. On the base of the technology the CAN, the computer networks and the signal processing , I design the echnology programs of remote fault diagnosis of computer-aided CNC lathe.This paper studies the following:1、On the base of the field device control network, enterprise LAN and Internet technologies, the paper describe the graph-based CNC lathe model of remote fault diagnosis system by the way of object-oriented and designes a hierarchical, modular, networked CNC Lathe remote fault diagnosis system for three-tier hardware architecture.2、To take an example of the position of CNC lathe bearings conducts a fault signal simulation analysis of the extent of damage of bearings obtained, from the time-domain chart bearing failure can determine the bearing extent of the damage. Verify the feasibility of fault diagnosis system.3、Based on network-based remote fault diagnosis system for CNC lathes three-tier hardware architecture,the paper designs remote fault diagnosis system for the program which is a fully modular.4、The use of fault tree analysis method to improve the fault reasoning mechanism module, and to develop appropriate knowledge base rules, design of fault diagnosis expert system program.
