Abstract


Magnitude of extensive blasting accident , injury force , has become the focus of the coal mine production safety . The Blasters competency can effectively predict the safety performance is good or bad , not only help the individual to self-understanding, and give full play to the post - match competency , selection and recruitment for the organization to provide a theoretical basis . Paper along the idea of \Cluster random sampling to obtain valid samples , the Spss15.0, Amos7.0 and Matlab7.0 the data analysis tools to validate the theoretical model and building evaluation system . The main conclusions are as follows : ⑴ building Blasters competency model . Literature , critical incident interview preparation the Blasters competency based behavioral description questionnaire , based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to establish a competency model Blasters . Questionnaire reliability and validity meet psychometric requirements , is that Blasters competency is mainly constituted by the four dimensions of the sense of responsibility for security , emergency handling ability , personality tendentious and blasting skills . ⑵ evaluated the level of competency of the Daan mine Blasters . Competency model to determine the evaluation factors and weights , synergies calculated competent dimension score , using a the symbiotic effect method to identify the corresponding dimension of the maximum degree of deviation , identify constraints Blasters competency larger factors thus the actual competency score correction , the corrected scores plus the total draw Blasters final overall level of competency . ⑶ oriented competency - based the Blasters security management measures . Different management measures to take on new employees and old employees . Under the competence of the evaluation process , the targeted development of training content and training methods .
