Recent decades, with the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the mathematics of this important basic disciplines quickly penetrate the various fields of natural science and social science, engineering, economic construction and financial management side and play increasingly apparent, even pivotal role. Mathematics and computer technology, has formed an important technology can achieve. The \However, in a real-world problem, including problems in science and technology, often is not the natural form of a ready-made mathematical problems appear. We should give full play to the role of mathematics the First To examine the real world, the problem boils down to a mathematical problem, namely the establishment of a mathematical model of the problem. This is a critical step, and on this basis will it be possible to make use of mathematical concepts, methods and theories in-depth analysis and research, which provide accurate data or reliable guidance from a quantitative or qualitative point of view, to solve real-world problems . Separation column as a newly developed magnetic separation equipment, be many fans selected plant dumping its convenient, flexible, beneficiation indicators. Magnetic separation column and other mineral processing equipment and applications through a large number of laboratory and semi-industrial or industrial test to debug. This is not only a waste of a lot of financial, human and material resources, but also the promotion of the device caused a lot of difficulties. It is in view of the reasons for this, the paper starting from the point of view of the mathematical model and do a detailed analysis of the affect the magnetic force of the magnetic separation column separation efficiency, the hydraulic resistance and the nature of the particle itself, draws on the experience of a large number of the establishment of the mathematical model made on the basis of the mathematical model of the separation column. Using Visual Basic 6.0 software and computer dynamic simulation of a mathematical model of the separation column. The model not only can predict separation indexes by adjusting the sorting parameters (such as power current size, rising water velocity), can also be based on specific sorting requirements and design of the structural parameters of the separation column. Due to the complexity of the magnetic separation process are many factors that affect the magnetic separation, coupled with the conditions of this thesis to simplify the mathematical model for the the Magnetic Column concentrate recoveries model and the concentrate grade model. Debugging through a large number of tests, the degree of the spherical model, magnetic, hydraulic resistance coefficient for correction. The results prove that the model can accurately predict in the case of different particle properties, the rising speed of water or different current size of the concentrate recoveries and concentrate grade. Dynamically on the computer to achieve the predicted recovery and grade under different conditions at each moment.
