Abstract


To investigate the important significance and basic regularity of treatment of Jueyin headache ,we made the correlative theory analysis about Jueyin headache and the clinical observation to the 40 Jueyin headache patients who came to medical department of nerve to see the doctor at the affiliated hospital of Shandong university of TCM from April 2004 to December 2005.The theory analysis part summarizes the change of pathogenesis and feature of headache because of the diseases of zang-fu organs, meridian and orifices of Hand-Jueyin and Foot-Jueyin according to the character of physiology of Jueyin.Then raise the viewpoints that the headache related to emotion always belongs to the diseases of Hand-Jueyin and Jueyin headache is related to stagnancy of qi and blood of collateral.In the clinical observation part patients were divided into Hand-Jueyin group and Foot-Jueyin group and given treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to diagnostic standard of Prof.Ding Yuanqing’s task“construction and clinical observation of syndrome differentiation of febrile diseases in accordance with the six meridians on headache”.The results of statistical analysis indicated that total effective rate was 82.50%, and 62.33% of Foot-Jueyin headache and 54.39% of Hand-Jueyin headache in clinical symptoms. In a word ,we have an evident effect on curing Jueyin headache patients with the treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to zang-fu organs, meridian,yin yang, functional activity of qi and pathogenesis of Jueyin.
